This past 2 weeks, I have been walking before breakfast and added the hula-hoop. I was surprised this weekend when I had lost 10.5 pounds and tried on smaller sizes and they FIT! YAY! I love using the app on my phone to help me track my calorie intake and my workouts.
I know what works for me, I just have to stick to it. I am allowing myself to 'cheat' a little. When I want a cookie, I eat a Kashi cookie..YUM!!! Dark chocolate chips, oatmeal and grains..high fiber.
